Inspired by koi fish and the Japanese Koinobori, a carp-shaped windsock flown in Japan from April to early May to celebrate Children’s Day, bearing wishes for children to grow up strong, healthy, and with good fortune. KoI is fun pasta for children. It encourages kids to touch, feel, and interact with their food.
