Ring Queens
Wear. Style. Create.

Ring Queens is a new take on doll play that puts creativity at your fingertips. Each 3" doll doubles as a wearable ring, combining collectible dolls, fashion, and nail art into one playful experience. Kids can style their Ring Queens, decorate their own nails with peel-off polish and nail stickers, and mix and match different looks to create their own unique style.
I took over Ring Queens after the initial ideation and managed the brand from product development through launch. Working from the original concept, I translated the creative vision into detailed product specifications and color specifications, ensuring that the dolls, accessories, and overall product experience stayed cohesive throughout development.
A key part of my role was developing the nail-art experience. I selected the nail polish colors and designed all nail stickers to complement each character and their individual aesthetic. I also oversaw the development and review of samples, working closely with our HK engineering team through multiple iterations to refine the products and ensure that the final designs met our quality and functional expectations.
Throughout development, I coordinated closely with Marketing and Creative Services to make sure all teams had the product information and assets they needed. From product details and color direction to sample reviews and final approvals, I managed the many moving parts required to bring Ring Queens from an existing concept to a finished product ready for market.
